A Loon's Call -  Rental Home Info

It's easy to rent our home. 

First make sure our home is right for you.  Review all the pages on this web site and call (207-329-5048) or email us with any of your questions. 

Second, check the availability calendar by clicking here .

Third, review our rental agreement by clicking here (Adobe PDF file), and

Finally.  Email us or call (207 329-5048) to confirm your dates and then fill out, sign, and return with your deposit (1/3 due for weekly or longer rental, 1/2 due for rentals under one-week).  Mail to Chris Hallweaver, 125 Pleasant St, Yarmouth, ME 04096

Other items:
Weekly rentals in Summer (The week prior to July 4th through Labor Day) run Saturday 2:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am.

For other times, check in time is 2:00 pm and checkout time is 10:00 am unless other arrangements are made (which we are happy to do if scheduling allows).

All linens, towels, kitchen supplies and cleaners are supplied. 

We do NOT charge a cleaning or security deposit fee HOWEVER you are responsible for leaving the cabin as it was when you arrived (see rental agreement).  The expectation is that our cleaners will have the home ready for the next renters after one-hour of cleaning

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Once we have received your signed rental agreement and deposit, if you cancel prior to 30 days of your rental start date AND we re-rent the home for that period, your deposit will be returned.  If you cancel 30 or less days before rental start date you are still responsible for the entire rental amount. However if the home is re-rented, your rental amount will be refunded. If the home is NOT re-rented for the entire rental period, a pro-rated amount will be returned.
